A Practicum for Experienced Change Leaders
Participants in this course will learn and apply the RTSC principles & applications to real change work in your organization. It is specially designed for teams of people within your business who are charged with the responsibility of bringing about system-wide change. Your organization's team can include internal & external consultants, change leaders, line managers, and frontline workers.
It is designed in three phases:
- A three-day session over a five-day period;
- A 6-8 week interim period to test new strategies and plans in the organization; and,
- A two-day session to reflect on progress made and chart course corrections and additional change acceleration strategies for the future.
